Composite Hose Structure
The hose body is composed of multi-layer functional polymer films and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layers, firmly wound with inner and outer spiral metal wires.
Inner Spiral Steel Wire: Usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene, or TEFLON-coated steel wire.
Outer Spiral Steel Wire: Generally stainless steel or galvanized steel.
Inner Lining: Functional films such as Teflon, Polietilene, Nylon, PET are selected according to the characteristics of the conveyed materials. Through proprietary composite technology, the hose features a wide range of liquid-resistant sealing properties.
Classification of Composite Hoses
Multi-purpose Oil-resistant Composite Hose: Widely used for conveying fuel liquids and gases, including gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oil, and other hydrocarbon products.
Vehicle Hose: Specially designed for tank trucks. It is flexible, lightweight, suitable for frequent bending and movement, and features a long service life as a general-purpose tank truck hose.
Dock & Ship Loading/Unloading Hose: Exclusively for dock and ship applications. It has a reinforced structure, is heavy-duty, chemical-resistant, and will not crack under frequent bending.
